The Basement

I almost forgot to show you the basement. Being a century home a stone foundation was expected and I don't know much about stone foundations, I was a bit worried. When we had a home inspection done, we wanted someone with a good background or at least a better understanding of this type of foundation to give us a realistic evaluation of it's condition and I'm happy to say the inspector was very pleased with it's condition and how it looked. So here we are, a few pictures to give you a idea what we have. Steep stairs from inside the house down and an exterior exit for wood or what ever.
